We are seeking a caring, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive care, educating patients, and building lasting relationships that support long-term oral health. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including assessments, scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Perform periodontal evaluations and document findings accurately.
Take digital radiographs according to practice protocols.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment plans.
Maintain strict infection control and sterilization procedures (IPAC compliance).
Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to support optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts using [Practice Management Software].
Ensure operatory cleanliness, organization, and readiness for each patient.

Candidates must be a Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the CDHO and have completed an accredited Dental Hygiene program. Current CPR/BLS certification and strong knowledge of preventive care and periodontal therapy are also required.
