Market context

Ontario patient navigator roles stay competitive

In Ontario, on-call patient navigator roles are typically driven by ongoing demand for patient support, care coordination, and access guidance in healthcare settings. These positions can be competitive because employers often prefer candidates with healthcare experience, bilingual English-Spanish skills, and flexibility for on-call scheduling; requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description, saving you research time. If you are considering applying, confirm whether your driver’s license status can be waived and highlight any direct patient-facing experience.
