The Behavioral Health Clinician provides comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment services to individuals in supportive housing or residential settings.
This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual and group therapy, and offering clinical interventions to promote stability, recovery, and independent living.
The clinician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to address the complex needs of individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges, trauma, and housing instability, utilizing evidence-based practices to support overall well-being and prevent a return to homelessness.
Work location: 2100 Broadway, Denver, CO 80205 Position requires a lot of traveling in the East Region of the Denver-metro area NOTE: In order to ensure that our consumers receive the best possible care the candidate chosen to fill this position will be required to complete our internal credentialing and privileging process prior to a start date.
The credentialing and privileging timeline is dependent on the selected candidate's submission of documents necessary for clearance.

Summary Education Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required. Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT or LPC required. Experience Minimum of one year of experience working in health care or human services field.
Experience working with individuals who have experienced homelessness, trauma, and/or chronic health conditions. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable. Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification is preferred.
