Registered Nurse -M 3D Palliative Care (Full Time)

Preferred Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred Minimum two years of recent nursing experience required, preferably with palliative care, oncology, hospice, and/or complex chronic disease management Preference will be given to candidates with recent clinical experience, knowledge, education, or certification in palliative care. Canadian Nurses Association certification in Hospice Palliative Care Nursing, CHPCN(C) preferred Experience in providing and delivering patients and families with educational teaching Demonstrated knowledge of palliative and end-of-life care principles, including pain and symptom assessment, medication support, psychosocial needs, caregiver support, advance care planning, and goals-of-care conversations.
