Job Description

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluation of the health and health risks for clients. Scope of practice requires a broad knowledge base and autonomous decision-making skills. PHN provides consultation and support to a wide array of professionals in the community and delivers community health nursing services to individuals, families and groups.

• Sandy Bay is located approximately 191 km north of Flin Flon
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
• Req'd travel to Pinehouse Lake, Sandy Bay, Creighton, Weyakwin and Denare Beach
