Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes and congregate settings to promote safety and independence. Observe and document changes in client conditions and report them to supervisors while performing light housekeeping as needed.
Candidates must hold a Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent and be in good standing with the CLHA. Additional requirements include a clear criminal record check, negative TB test, valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift 35 lbs.

As a caring, responsible health care team member, you will support clients to be as safe and independent in our congregate settings, as possible, helping them to live their best lives. You will provide personal care to clients in their home in the lodges, and may assist them to mobilize and perform light exercises. You will act at all times with the client and their family at the heart of all you do, observing, documenting, and reporting any changes in their condition to your Manager/Supervisor. You may be required to perform light housekeeping tasks as indicated in client care plans.
