Provide one-on-one and group peer support to individuals in community and housing settings using lived experience to inspire recovery. Assist clients with system navigation, housing stabilization, and the achievement of wellness and social inclusion goals.
Requires lived experience with mental health or substance use recovery and experience in community-based support or social services. Candidates should possess Peer Support certification or a willingness to obtain it, along with knowledge of Nova Scotia's community systems.
