Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with First Aid and FoodSafe certifications. Essential requirements include a Class 5 Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and experience working with substance misuse or untreated mental illness.

Options Community Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering social services across the Southern Fraser region (Surrey, Delta, White Rock and Langley) from early childhood to seniors. Our comprehensive range of programs and services relies on collaborative relationships with individuals, businesses, community groups and government bodies to create focused, effective and responsive resources for the community.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience, including a Mental Health Worker/Residential Care Aide certificate. Required certifications include Level I First Aid and FoodSafe. A Medication Administration Certificate is an asset. Candidates must hold an unrestricted Class 5 Driver’s License, have access to a reliable vehicle for work, and lived experience relevant to the service setting is considered beneficial.
00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday-Sunday.
This role requires the incumbent to undergo a Police Information Check (PIC), and a Vulnerable Sector Check by the Ministry of Justice.
