The District Case Manager is responsible for ensuring the protection of children through case management, emergency after-hours duties, and adherence to the Child and Family Services Act. They also serve as a resource for Family Support Workers regarding prevention and family support services.
Requires a diploma in Native Child and Family Services, Social Service Work, or a related human services field, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of experience with Anishinabek families and a valid Class G driver's license with a reliable vehicle.

Under the direction of the District Child Welfare Service Manager, the District Case Manager is responsible for providing the protection of children by performing duties of Protection, Child Care and Emergency After Hours may be required, in accordance with provisions of the Child and Family Services Act, Ministry Regulations and Standards, Abuse Protocols, Risk Assessment Tool and Dilico Anishinabek Family Care policies and procedures.
The District Case Manager acts as a resource to Family Support Workers in aspects of Prevention and Family Support Services.
