Provide work direction to Rehabilitation Assistants regarding transfer of function

Position Summary

Joining us at Arrow Lakes Hospital in Nakusp, you’ll have a crucial role in providing assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education to patients and/or their caregivers. You’ll have a key role in covering the acute care floors such as orthopedics, cardiac, surgical and medical units. This is a permanent part-time 0.80 FTE position. Shift Days/Times: The schedule for this role is Tuesday-Friday from 08:30 to 16:30. Earn $45.15 to 56.03 per hour.

You will provide work direction to the Rehabilitation Assistants working with the rehabilitation team regarding transfer of function. Qualfications

Graduation from a recognized occupational therapy program.

Full practicing license as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).

Practice specific requirements and experience in programs applicable to practice area.

Valid BC Driver’s license where required.
