Provide targeted in-home support and parenting education to families with children under six to strengthen parenting capacity and child development. Link families to community resources and maintain detailed case notes and service plans.
Requires a degree or diploma in social services or a related field and at least three years of experience working one-on-one with families. Must have a solid understanding of child development and experience working with diverse populations facing mental health or poverty issues.

Provide in home supports to families under the Greater Foothills Family Resource Network’s Growing Families Home Visitation Program Provide parenting education, guidance, and support through collaborative, strength-based goal setting with families. Plan and prepare individualized visits that respond to family needs and align with best practices and program resources Work alongside families to support the successful use of new strategies and skills. Support families by linking them to community resources and support services. Complete required assessments, service plans, case notes, and discharge documentation.
Degree or Diploma in social services/human services or related field Minimum of three (3) years of experience working one-on-one with families Solid understanding of child development Experience working with a diverse population that may be experiencing mental health, poverty, homelessness and or addiction issues Solid knowledge of community resources and supports
