• Competitive wages About the Job In accordance with the vision and values of the organization, the Medical Laboratory Assistant IV, supervises Medical Laboratory Assistants and other designated staff by performing duties such as scheduling and coordinating work assignments, evaluating employee performance and determining related training and orientation requirements. This position will also be responsible for taking blood from patients, collecting and preparing blood and other specimens for analysis, performing tests such as urine analysis and glucose monitoring and operating This is a Permanent Part Time (0.70) opportunity. Shifts of work will be scheduled days and evenings. • Grade 12, successful completion of a recognized Laboratory Assistant training program, plus three year's recent, related experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License as required by position
