The Program Facilitator provides assessment, treatment planning, and implementation to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of adult participants. They deliver psycho-educational workshops and utilize community resources to support recovery and transition planning.
Requires a minimum undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in addictions and mental health. Candidates must have experience in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and possess a valid BC driver's license.

Temporary Part-Time 24 hours per week until return of incumbent.
