The Program Facilitator provides assessment, treatment planning, and implementation for participants in Recovery & Addiction Programs. They deliver psycho-educational workshops and utilize community resources to help participants achieve recovery goals.
Requires a minimum undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and 3 years of experience in addictions and mental health. Candidates must have a valid BC driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and pass a criminal record search.
