The RPN will conduct scheduled visits to provide palliative care and support to patients of all ages in their homes. Key duties include assessing individualized needs, executing care plans, and maintaining professional patient records.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the CNO and possess a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to provide on-call coverage are required.
In this community Shift Nursing role, as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of palliative care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
