The Community Support Worker assists individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence through skill acquisition and community inclusion. They are responsible for implementing Individual Support Plans and maintaining professional boundaries while providing emotional and daily living support.
A diploma or equivalent experience in Disability Studies is required. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and a vehicle to perform the duties of the role.
