Assist community members with daily tasks, self-care activities, and personal hygiene to help them live safely at home. Responsibilities include meal preparation, basic housekeeping, and providing companionship through multiple home visits per day.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid G2/G driver's license with access to a vehicle, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Compassion and a willingness to work every other weekend are required.
PARAMED HOME HEALTH CARE As a Home Support Worker, you will assist people in your community to live safely in their homes by supporting them with daily tasks and self-care activities. You will receive free and paid training in a 3 week in-class program designed to teach you the skills needed to work as a Home Support Worker. Upon graduation you will be eligible for full-time hours and benefits.
