What You'll Do Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, including periodontal assessments, scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and preventative care. Assess patient oral health needs and develop individualized hygiene treatment plans. Educate patients on oral health, preventative care strategies, and home care techniques to support long-term wellness. Build strong, trusting relationships through exceptional patient communication and compassionate care. Accurately document clinical findings, treatment recommendations, and patient records. Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain infection prevention and control standards in accordance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment that supports clinical excellence and outstanding service. What You'll Bring Completion of an accredited Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program. Current registration and good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO). Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based patient care. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a busy clinical setting. A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfort using dental practice management software; experience with LiveDDM is considered an asset. Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) is considered an asset. A genuine passion for helping patients improve and maintain their oral health.
