Provide comprehensive in-home support for daily living, including life skills, health management, and transportation. Assist the client with active recreation and household management during weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Must have two adults living in the home and a personal vehicle. Requires experience working with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and providing behavioral supports.
The Supportive Roommate typically provides in-home support during the week and on weekends. The Supportive Roommate will also provide support during statutory holidays and will typically have two weekends off a month.
include but are not limited to: providing support with all areas of daily living including life skills such as budgeting, household management, grocery shopping, meal preparation, health and medical support, transportation and support in active recreation (bowling, swimming, etc.)
