• How
• YOU will make a difference: Prepare consultation reports for Pathologists and maintain records of incoming and outgoing reports Maintain metrics such as turn-around-time audits, monthly report totals, report tracking time audits and other specialized reports Perform administrative duties such as updating manuals, policies and procedures and preparing business documents such as minutes, memos, letters and labels Assist the Pathologists and department head with special projects and surgical pathology QA program work

• YOU bring to the role: Completion of a Medical Office Administration training program with previous experience in medical terminology and transcription Demonstrated ability to data enter 40 WPM with 80% accuracy Advanced ability to proof-read, identify and correct errors Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize and collaborate in a team-oriented, high volume and time

• Pay rate: $19.75-$23.50 per hour The hiring pay range has been established; however, the final pay offer will be determined by taking into consideration various factors including but not limited to, level of experience and education requirements.
