Provide skilled clinical and holistic palliative care to patients within their homes or community settings. Focus on enhancing the quality of life for clients and their families through physical, emotional, and spiritual support.
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RPN registration with the CNO and valid CPR certification. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening are required.
