The Home Care Nurse Assessor coordinates and assesses home care services to support the health and independence of community members. Responsibilities include developing client-centered care plans, supervising health care assistants, and promoting culturally safe holistic care.
Candidates should hold a BSN or be an LPN with at least 3 years of experience in community or public health settings. Required qualifications include registration with the BC College of Registered Nurses, a valid BC Driver's License, and First Aid/CPR certification.
