The Associate Veterinarian is responsible for conducting consultations, diagnostics, and performing both routine and advanced surgeries. They also manage patient records, supervise support staff, and collaborate with the Medical Director on case reviews.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and be licensed or eligible for licensing in Nova Scotia. Strong clinical skills in medicine and surgery, along with excellent communication abilities, are required.
