Deliver EFAP and clinical services, including confidential counselling, telephonic assessments, and crisis management. Develop treatment plans and conduct risk assessments to support client emotional health and wellness.
Requires a Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology and registration with a relevant governing body. Candidates need 2-3 years of clinical experience in short-term therapies and strong communication skills in English.

This is a temporary full-time position until December 4, 2026. The schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 10am - 6pm EST.
English language skills are required as this role supports, communicates and/or collaborates with both French and English-speaking clients and/or colleagues nationally.
