About the Role: :

We’re growing our Dermatology team and are excited to recruit Dermatologists to be part of the launch of our new Toronto Metro Centre clinic, opening in early November. This is a unique opportunity to join HealthOne at an exciting moment of growth and help bring our collaborative, multidisciplinary model of care to a brand new downtown location.

As a Dermatologist at HealthOne, you will provide comprehensive medical and procedural dermatologic care within a modern, multidisciplinary clinic. You will manage a broad range of skin conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a well-supported clinical environment.

This role offers the opportunity to build and grow a sustainable dermatology practice within a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, efficiency, and continuous professional development.

This opportunity includes a $5,000 signing bonus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatologic conditions across diverse patient populations
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong focus on communication and education
• Perform in-office procedures such as biopsies, lesion removals, and other minor surgical treatments
• Provide follow-up care and long-term management for chronic skin conditions
• Maintain clinical excellence and stay current with evolving best practices in dermatology

Qualifications

• and Skills:
• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Certification in Dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)
• Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Active membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
• Strong clinical judgment with a high standard of professionalism and patient care
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team

Compensation

• Competitive compensation package; a daily minimum is provided
