The Occupational Therapist collaborates with clients and families to restore and maintain optimal function in self-care, productivity, and leisure. They provide assessment, treatment, and education across hospital, home, and community settings while supervising OT assistants and students.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed by the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia. BLS-C certification and access to reliable transportation are also required.
