The Social Worker will provide crisis intervention, care planning, and assessments for high-risk complex cases in Northern communities. They will collaborate with various agencies and health centers to support clients while respecting Indigenous values and customs.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work and possess two to five years of relevant experience. A valid provincial registration and the ability to travel to Yukon Hospital for 6-12 week assignments are required.
