The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs in the Intensive Care Cardiac Sciences unit. Responsibilities include administering medical treatments, coordinating patient care and discharge, and providing leadership within the healthcare team.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved Registered Nursing program and hold current CRNM registration. A post-graduate course in I.C.U. nursing or equivalent I.C.U. experience is required.

These services include independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, a leadership role within the health care team, and coordination of patient care and discharge. Experience Post-graduate course in I.C.U. Nursing or equivalent I.C.U. experience required.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.
Certification/Licensure/Registration Current CRNM registration required. Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred. Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration is required.
