At Anytime Dental, we’re building a dedicated LOCUM Associate Dentist pool for doctors who are looking for flexible opportunities while being part of a modern, supportive, and forward-thinking dental network. • We’ve built our clinics around both patients and providers: Open 7 days a week with extended evening hours A wide range of services—from general dentistry to implants and orthodontics Modern, tech-forward clinics that make your day smoother Strong patient flow with a focus on long-term relationships, not quick transactions A culture that supports clinical autonomy and collaboration What the LOCUM Role Looks Like This is a flexible locum opportunity designed for dentists who want consistency with freedom: Primary availability required on Saturdays and Sundays Additional weekday opportunities available in conjunction with weekend coverage Work across multiple Anytime Dental locations as needed Commission-based independent contractor role (structured through an independent contractor agreement) You’ll be part of a trusted locum pool we rely on to support our clinics and patients—stepping in seamlessly when needed. What You’ll Be Doing Your day-to-day will feel familiar—but supported: Providing high-quality care and maintaining continuity for patients Performing exams and communicating clearly and confidently with patients Delivering a full scope of care—restorative, surgical, and preventative Adapting quickly to different clinic environments and teams Supporting clinics by ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience Who You Are You don’t need to check every box—but you should feel aligned with how we practice: Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Ontario and in good standing with the RCDSO Reliable and comfortable working weekends (Saturdays & Sundays required) Adaptable and confident working across different clinic settings Patient-focused with strong communication skills Clinically confident—or building toward it—with a desire to keep learning New grads are welcome—this is a great way to gain experience across different clinics and teams.
