The Clinical Research Lab Technician will support laboratory operations within clinical trials, ensuring accurate sample processing and documentation. They will also maintain lab equipment and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure study operations run smoothly.
Candidates should have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and preferably some experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow complex instructions are essential.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field. Previous experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting preferred - especially Phase 1.. Strong understanding of laboratory safety practices and specimen handling. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail. Ability to follow complex instructions, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency with basic lab equipment and computer systems.
