At Anytime Dental, we’re looking for Associate Dentists who genuinely care about their patients and want to be part of something modern, supportive, and a little different from the traditional dental model.

• We’ve built our clinics around both patients and providers: Open 7 days a week with extended evening hours A wide range of services—from general dentistry to implants and orthodontics Modern, tech-forward clinics that make your day smoother Strong patient flow with a focus on long-term relationships, not quick transactions A culture that supports clinical autonomy and collaboration What the Role Looks Like This is a flexible opportunity where you can shape your schedule and practice style: Full-time or part-time options available Days, evenings, and weekends Commission-based independent contractor role (structured through an independent contractor agreement) What You’ll Be Doing Your day-to-day will feel familiar—but supported: Building trust with patients through thoughtful exams and clear communication Creating treatment plans that prioritize comfort, function, and long-term outcomes Providing a full scope of care—restorative, surgical, and preventative Expanding into cosmetic or orthodontic treatments if that’s your interest Working alongside a team that’s aligned, efficient, and genuinely supportive Who You Are You don’t need to check every box—but you should feel aligned with how we practice: Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Ontario and in good standing with the RCDSO Someone who puts patients first and communicates with ease Clinically confident—or building toward it—with a desire to keep learning Comfortable in a busy, well-run clinic environment Interested in growing your skills (Invisalign, implants, cosmetics are all a plus) New grads are absolutely welcome—we’re happy to support your growth.
