The Physiotherapist Assistant will act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist, assisting with busy caseloads while ensuring the gym area is safe and the clinic is organized. Duties also include assembling chart packages, processing discharged patient charts, and performing administrative tasks as needed.
Successful candidates must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, strong critical thinking, and excellent organizational and time management abilities, thriving in a busy schedule. Availability for evenings and weekends is mandatory, and a PTA/OTA diploma is considered an asset.
