The Personal Support Worker will form deep understandings of residents, building relationships with them and their families while offering support and program choices to enrich their daily health and well-being. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing various forms of personal support, and contributing to the home's culture focused on helping residents live fully.
Candidates must have completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved institution and possess the necessary skills for administering simple treatments and providing bedside care with attention to detail. Applicants must also be legally eligible to work in Canada and successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
