As a licensed practical nurse, you will be responsible for the well-being of residents and administering required care, reporting any changes in resident status to provide appropriate treatment. You will also collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must hold a DEP in Health, Assistance, and Nursing Care (Licensed Practical Nurse) and possess current certifications in CPR, general first aid, and safe patient movement (PDSB). A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and active membership in the OIIAQ are mandatory.
