The PTA/OTA will assist in implementing the Physiotherapist's or Occupational Therapist's treatment plan under supervision, focusing on creating an excellent client experience through client-centered treatment for various clinical presentations. Responsibilities also include facilitating information sessions and contributing to the clinic team through collaboration.
Candidates must possess a post-secondary diploma as a PT/OT Assistant or have 5 years of equivalent exercise work background, demonstrating passion for the profession and commitment to professional development. Essential qualities include thriving in a fast-paced environment, accepting supervision, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
