  • Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day
  • Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being
  • Be responsible for managing and prioritizing clinical caseloads, and for the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services
  • Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients
  • Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and the community

  • You are a graduate of a recognized School of Physiotherapy
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists New Brunswick

Travailler avec les clients pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de traitement personnalisés, visant à maintenir et à améliorer leurs capacités physiques, leur mode de vie et leur bien-être

Être responsable de la gestion et de la hiérarchisation des dossiers cliniques, ainsi que de la coordination et de la prestation des services thérapeutiques

Participer à un modèle de soins collaboratif offrant des soins holistiques et complets pour répondre aux besoins des clients

Favoriser des relations positives entre les clients, les membres de l’équipe, les bailleurs de fonds et la communauté
