Key duties involve managing resident admissions, discharges, and transfers, alongside performing resident assessments and developing care plans. Responsibilities also include administering medications and treatments, performing wound care, and utilizing electronic documentation systems.
Candidates must be registered and in good standing with BCCNM and possess a current CPR/First Aid Certificate. Fluency in English, competence in electronic documentation and eMar, and strong critical thinking skills are required, with previous Long Term Care experience being preferred.

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our friendly team at Lakeshore Care Center.
Four (4) days on, two (2) days off rotation.
