Registered Nurses are responsible for resident admissions, assessments, care planning, and medication administration. They also liaise with physicians and other care team members, and may have charge nurse responsibilities.
Candidates must be registered and in good standing with BCCNM and have a current CPR/First Aid Certificate. Previous experience in Long Term Care is preferred, along with proof of vaccination.

Resident admissions, discharges and transfers Resident assessments and care planning Administration of medications, treatments and wound care Proficient with electronic documentation (PointClickCare) and LTCFRAI Assessments Liaises with physicians, families, and other members of the care team Delegates tasks to unregulated care providers Charge Nurse responsibilities Participates in care conferences and medication reviews.
