The role involves supporting physicians in delivering excellent patient care through administrative tasks such as answering calls, scheduling, managing referrals, and handling billing. Additionally, the assistant will perform lab duties, including specimen collection and sterilization, alongside direct patient care coordination.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, exceptional customer service skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with the capacity to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. Experience as a Medical Office Assistant or certification from an MOA program, along with Accuro EMR and MSP billing knowledge, are considered assets.

Willingness to work a variety of shifts, predominantly weekdays, with evening and weekend shifts required as needed to support clinic operations.
