The Registered Nurse A is responsible to the Nursing Unit Manager or Director of Nursing for maintaining a high standard of patient care aligned with the SHA's vision and philosophy. As part of the Nursing Department, this role involves the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive client-centered care.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or an acceptable Nursing/Psychiatric Nursing diploma/degree, and must be registered or eligible with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK (CRPNS) and/or the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS). Applicants also require a valid Class 5 driver's license and a Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).

As a member of the Nursing Department, the Registered Nurse A has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centred care.
