The role involves greeting and assisting patients upon arrival to ensure a positive impression and optimizing the appointment schedule to maintain a full day with minimal gaps. Responsibilities also include managing the recall system, maintaining the patient database, handling patient calls, processing correspondence, and filing patient records.
Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of administration experience and must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Clinical background and experience with Cleardent dental software programs are considered assets, as is fluency in Cantonese.

Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts About You: Minimum 3 year of administration experience Clinical background and experience with Cleardent dental software programs considered an asset Cantonese fluency is a strong asset.
