The Role Shift BC’s is a program designed to counter violent extremism and hate-motivated violence in BC by addressing the root process of radicalization-to-violence at the individual (secondary) level. This is accomplished by redirecting participant’s trajectories, empowering them to pursue more pro-social behaviors, and increase their resiliency (i.e. ‘disengagement’).
