Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the British Columbia College of Pharmacist and possess an injection certification. Required attributes include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacist to join our team at Forbes Pharmacy Goldstream in Victoria, BC. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities: Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned
