About the role

The Pharmacist will be responsible for delivering clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management, and developing care plans, while also administering vaccines and immunizations. Key duties include determining drug therapy appropriateness, monitoring effectiveness and side effects, and counseling patients on prescriptions and over-the-counter products.

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team at Medi Centre Pharmacy in Prince Albert, SK. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities: Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
