Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients. Provide therapeutic interventions and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Candidates must have Social Work England registration and a degree in Social Work. Post-qualified experience is also required.
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team based in Redbridge.

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
