The technologist is responsible for delivering the highest level of clinical and scientific quality through timely testing using the latest technology. Key duties include ensuring correct sample identification, maintaining quality control, recording/interpreting results, and troubleshooting clinical assays and equipment.
Candidates must thrive independently, possess strong decision-making skills, and fit well within a collaborative environment, requiring CMLTO Registration as a practicing Medical Laboratory Technologist. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level, along with solid technical troubleshooting ability, is necessary.
