Input into client care plan and assessment and complete required documentation in PCC. Assist with orientation of new staff members and students. Participate in educational in-services, identify personal and group educational needs, and set work-related goals with the Supervisor. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Perform other duties as assigned, including redeployment in emergency situations. Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the Retirement Home Act and related County of Simcoe policies
