Overview

Provide nursing care to an assigned group of patients/residents according to established policies and procedures and the Standards of Practice for Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia. Function as an independent practitioner while accessing RN/RPN for collaborative support and/or clinical intervention when care needs fall outside LPN scope or when patient acuity increases.
