Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices and monitor clinical outcomes. Modify treatment approaches as clients' status changes. Use commitment strategies to support therapeutic engagement and assess client readiness/stage of change. Support pro-social development and self-regulation of mental health symptoms and related behaviours (e.g., substance use, conflict management, anger management). Maintain progress/contact notes documenting each client contact and alignment with treatment goals and policy. Collaborate with the treatment team and participate in interagency/team meetings. Liaise with internal and external collaterals in the provision of clinical services. Work some evenings per week based on client needs. Travel as required for the position
