Collect and compile data to support initiatives (safety, rehabilitation work trials, employee retention, budget analysis, attendance management) and communicate findings. Contribute to business process improvement by collaborating with scheduling & timekeeping, payroll, human resources, and others; review tools/services/policies/systems and recommend improvements. Participate in implementation efforts for improvements to scheduling/timekeeping transactional and reporting activities, including system implementations, modifications, upgrades, and conversions. Train staff and/or arrange training and orientation for scheduling/self-service and the Workbrain system; contribute to preparation of reference material and documentation
